How do I place an order?

You can upload your photos to an online platform such as Google Drive, Dropbox, WeTransfer or anything, get a shared link and send it to us via here, or our email: justinstudioau@gmail.com. We will send a confirmation email to you whenever we get your files.

When will I get the completed products?

The completed products will be delivered within 12 hours as always, we say no to "Delay issue".

How many revision I can get?

We offer 3 times of revision to support reaching our your expectations. We always try to support you well with all we can do, a win win situation always is a key for a success collaboration.

If I need the photos/ floor plans to be uploaded to a special online platform, will you support me?

We always say yes, and it cost you nothing as our goodwill.

What if I'm not satisfy with your work?

Just in case our work doesn't satisfy your expectations, we offer a fixing or a re-processing a whole order, this is our commitment.
